The following Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Privage and outline the rights and responsibilities of all involved parties.

1. Provision of Services by Privage
Privage provides an online platform for membership and loyalty points services. Businesses may implement the system for activities aimed at enhancing customer relationships or developing a Loyalty Program for their own customers or members (hereinafter referred to as “End Users”). Each Business shall have full authority to manage the system and data within its designated workspace to meet its business objectives.

2. Definitions

• “Privage” refers to Privage App Co., Ltd., the provider of the membership and loyalty points system and related data management via a cloud-based platform.
• “Business” means any organization or entity that is a client of Privage and utilizes the system to manage membership and loyalty points.
• “End User” refers to the customer or member of a Business who accesses and uses the membership and loyalty points services provided by that Business.
• “Workspace” means a system environment uniquely designated for each Business to use the platform, with each Business having its own exclusive Workspace.

3. Purpose of Use
The platform provided by Privage is intended to enable Businesses to efficiently manage Loyalty Programs and membership systems for their End Users. Points accumulation and related member data are stored and managed systematically within each Business’s dedicated Workspace. Privage is responsible for supporting the technological operations and ensuring that the system is practically deployable by Businesses.

4. Data Storage and Security Responsibilities
Privage shall be responsible for securely storing all data associated with each Business’s Workspace. All data is stored on internationally recognized cloud servers, employing rigorous data protection protocols and modern security technologies to safeguard Business and End User information from unauthorized access.

5. Use of Data for Analytical Purposes
Privage reserves the right to utilize aggregated data from various Business Workspaces for statistical analysis and overall industry development. Such analyses shall be performed using anonymized and aggregated data only, without disclosing any identifiable information related to a specific Business or individual. This practice is intended to generate value for the industry as a whole, without infringing on personal or proprietary rights.

6. Data Ownership and Management Rights
All data stored within a Business’s Workspace remains the property of that Business. The Business retains full rights to manage, modify, or request the deletion of such data at any time. Permanent deletion requests may be submitted via Privage’s official communication channels, such as the Privage Line Official Account. Privage shall process such requests in a timely manner and will permanently delete the data from the system as instructed.

7. End User Right to Request Data Deletion
If an End User, as a customer of a Business, wishes to have their personal data removed from the system, they may submit a request through the communication channel provided by the respective Business. The Business shall be responsible for receiving the request and coordinating with Privage to ensure that the data is processed in accordance with relevant data protection laws and policies.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Privage reserves the right to amend or revise these Terms and Conditions as deemed necessary, in response to changes in technology, legislation, or other relevant factors. Any such amendments will be communicated to the Businesses through appropriate means.
