If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

• We will charge the service fee every last day of the month from the account balance. If the payment is unsuccessful. The service will stop automatically until payment is made.
• The service will always charge money from the account balance first. If the funds in the account are insufficient, then the credit card will be charged. If the payment is unsuccessful. The service will stop automatically until payment is made.
• In the case of paying by topping up the service, The funds in the account balance will never expire.

Your Subscription Cancellation Rights

• You can cancel the service by manually deleting the workspace service at any time by yourself.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

• You can request a refund within 14 days after your payment by sending an email request to [email protected]. We will consider the conditions and process them within 7 days.
