Refund Policy

Clause 1 Types of Service Fees

1.1 Refundable service fees shall include annual package fees, theme fees, and add-on fees. The User shall be entitled to cancel and request a refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of payment of such fees.

1.2 Non-refundable service fees shall include SMS OTP credit fees and/or any other service fees which incur a per-use operational cost. The User shall have no right to cancel or request a refund under any circumstances.

 

Clause 2 Payment Method and Refund

2.1 The User shall pay the service fees through the channels designated by the Company, such as credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or any other online payment system as may be determined by the Company from time to time.

2.2 In the event that a refund is approved by the Company, the Company shall process such refund to the User within fourteen (14) business days from the date the Company receives the refund request. Refunds shall be made through the same payment channel used by the User unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Clause 3 Right of Cancellation and Refund Request

3.1 The User shall have the right to cancel and request a refund for refundable service fees under Clause 1.1 within the prescribed period.

3.2 To request a cancellation and refund, the User must contact the Company at [email protected] and provide proof of payment together with any other relevant documents or information required for consideration.

 

Clause 4 General Provisions

4.1 The Company reserves the right to review and verify all refund requests and to approve or reject any such requests at its sole discretion.

4.2 The Company reserves the right to deny any refund in the event that the User violates the Company’s terms and conditions of service or infringes upon the Company’s rights in any manner whatsoever.

4.3 This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
