Privage App Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Privage”) is the provider of a membership and loyalty point system aimed at promoting customer loyalty (Loyalty Program). These services are provided through the website under the domain https://privageapp.com and are intended for use by businesses (hereinafter referred to as “Business(es)”) in connection with their respective operations. The following Terms and Conditions specify the details of the services provided by Privage and the rights and obligations of all parties concerned.

1. Provision of Services by Privage
Privage provides an online platform for membership and loyalty point systems. Businesses may utilize this platform to support activities related to customer relationship enhancement or the implementation of a Loyalty Program for their customers or members (hereinafter referred to as “End Users”). Each Business shall have full control over the system and data within its designated workspace to align with its commercial objectives.

2. Definitions

• Privage means Privage App Co., Ltd., the service provider of membership, loyalty point systems, and data management via a cloud-based system.
• Business(es) means an organization or entity that is a client of Privage and uses the system to manage its membership and loyalty programs.
• End User(s) means a customer or member of a Business utilizing the membership and loyalty point services established by such Business.
• Workspace refers to the system environment created for use by a specific Business, where each Business is provided with its own dedicated workspace.

3. Purpose of Use
The system provided by Privage is designed to enable Businesses to effectively manage Loyalty Programs and membership services for their End Users. All points and relevant data shall be stored and organized systematically within the dedicated workspace of each Business. Privage shall provide technological support to ensure the practical use of the system by Businesses.

4. Data Storage and Security Responsibilities
Privage shall be responsible for the secure storage of data related to each Business’s workspace. All data will be hosted on internationally recognized cloud servers with robust security protocols and modern technological safeguards in place to prevent unauthorized access to Business or End User information.

5. Use of Data for Analytical Purposes
Privage reserves the right to use aggregated data from various Business workspaces for statistical analysis and industry development purposes. Such analysis shall only involve anonymized statistical data and shall not include any information that identifies any Business or individual. This practice aims to add value to the industry without violating personal or proprietary rights.

6. Data Ownership and Management Rights
All data stored within a Business’s workspace remains the exclusive property of that Business. Each Business shall have full rights to manage such data, including the right to request its permanent deletion at any time. Requests for permanent deletion may be submitted through Privage’s official communication channels, such as its Line Official Account, and Privage shall comply within a reasonable timeframe.

7. End User Rights to Request Data Deletion
If an End User wishes to request the deletion of their personal data from the system, such request must be submitted through the communication channels provided by the relevant Business. The Business shall then coordinate with Privage to ensure the request is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and policies.

8. Modification of Terms and Conditions
Privage reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at its discretion, in response to technological, legal, or other relevant changes. Any such modifications will be communicated to the Businesses through appropriate channels.
